International ship times may be lengthened by Customs Clearance Delays which are out of our control.

Customs Fees (if applicable) Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, fees and or taxes are the responsibility of the customer in addition to shipping cost. UFM is unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.

Wholesale Customers are shipped UPS and are charged actual cost or we can ship by your account.

Orders shipped to Florida will be subject to Florida Sales Tax.

We don't like to wear used underwear and we are sure you feel the same!  UFM will accept return of products (within 30 days of purchase) that are UNWORN, UNWASHED and the PACKAGING IS UNDAMAGED. Buyer is responsible for trackable return postage. For exchange or return, please contact us at sales@ufmunderwear.com for an authorization number.  To expedite exchange for size, UFM recommends re-ordering the correct size immediately with a new order.  We will credit your card upon receipt and inspection of the return.
