Returns and Exchange Policy

We don't like to wear used underwear and we are sure you feel the same!
UFM will accept returns and exchanges of the products [within 30 days of purchase] that are UNWORNUNWASHED and the PACKAGING IS UNDAMAGED.

Dirty little industry secret: many of our competitors sell returns that have been worn (especially if shipped from the Amazon warehouse).  Who wants to buy used underwear?  Yuk  Our return policy is a little stricter because we refuse to sell used underwear.  Our Amazon sales and returns go exclusively through our warehouse so we can guarantee that used underwear does not get resold.

Returns 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Shipping
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
